Are you talking about whether someone who is currently covered by an employer-provided plan, which does not meet the government's minimum standards, and whether they could pay for a COBRA plan if they lose their job? I haven’t seen anything to say that they could not, but they would definitely be able to obtain coverage through the insurance exchange.

From what I can tell, this guy has no training or background that would make him an authority on this stuff. Plus, his arguments seem to consist of "Hello" (in that annoying valley-girl intonation, no doubt) and "Cn U SAY" more than they consist of substance.
